Placing an International Order

Please be advised that all prices are shown in U.S. Dollars (USD).

* Add the items you want to purchase into your shopping cart by selecting "buy now" or "add to cart."

* Select your country from the dropdown list under shipping information. If your country is not shown on the dropdown list then we are unable to ship to your country at this time.

* Select your State/Province/Region from the dropdown list. If your State/Province/Region is not listed leave this box blank and you will be able to enter the info on the following page by typing it manually.

* Enter shipping zip code or postal code.

* Select "Next"

* Enter all information requested on this form. After you have entered all the required information on the checkout page click next to review your final order.
* Finalize order once you have verified that all the info you have entered is correct.

International Taxes

IMPORT TAX: You may have to pay an IMPORT TAX upon receiving the package. This tax is charged by YOUR COUNTRY - NOT RC OPTIMUS. You are importing goods into your country, so it is YOUR responsibility to pay all applicable taxes. Again - we cannot be held responsible for knowing the laws of your country. If an import tax is required, your shipping carrier (DHL or UPS) will collect it before delivering the package.

If a package is returned because of an undeliverable address or because import taxes are not paid then you are responsible for return shipping charges as well as the original shipping charges. Our normal return policy will apply.
